How to Stick to Writing Goals When You Lack Accountability

My biggest problem is consistency.

People love to say that habits take twenty-one days to build, which is not true. There is no consistent math for that equation, so I have no idea what the benchmark should be in terms of building a new habit. I have made it through six consecutive days of NaNoWriMo.
