I first met the incomparable WD4D when we worked together on an event at the SAM Remix. We we’re doing a performance that was originally set to travel around the Museum but for reasons I can’t remember we ended up sticking to the spot where he was performing. We had a little Bluetooth speaker we were using for a set, but WD4D came to our rescue working the music for our sets into his set that night. Together we created an incredible display of house music, dance, and fashion for the masses. That was one of many nights a Dj saved my life.

Today WD4D drops his new LP Chopped & Swung EP1 (full review coming later this week) I’ve been lucky enough to have had it for a minute now, and it’s straight FIRE (kweens be prepared to BEYOND lose it when you get a hold of Is It On). This week the Pulp Playlist returns reloaded and ready to pay homage to some two of our favorite Seattle DJs; WD4D and Dj Famous. These gentlemen not only keep us moving, but they’re are also artist also creating their own original music. This week’s playlist is packed with both remixes and originals from each of these brilliant minds. We’re so here for it!
