Supply Management Services: Winter Closure

All Supply Management Services areas, including central shipping and receiving, will be closed from 4:30 pm, Tuesday, December 24, 2019 until 8:30 am, Thursday, January 2, 2020.

Please note the impacted services below:

Deliveries

Suppliers will be asked to have final deliveries made by Thursday, December 19 to allow time for internal deliveries to be completed prior to the closure.

Cheque Run & EFT

In addition, the university’s last cheque run and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) before the closure will be on Wednesday, December 18. The first cheque run and EFT of 2020 will be on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

Invoices & Travel Expenses

Invoices and non-employee reimbursements that are entered and approved up to 4:30 pm on Tuesday, December 17 and are payable prior to January 8 will be included in the December 18 cheque run and EFT. On-line travel and expense claims that are approved by 4:30 pm on December 17 will also be paid on December 18.

Wire Transfer

Requests for payments by wire transfer should be received at Supply Management Services by Wednesday, December 11 to ensure processing prior to the closure.
