Psalm 119 פ PEH — Your Law is Love

My words can ruin or restore;
My lips can poison or make whole.
Your words give light unto my soul,
And understanding to my core.

I long for Your call,
Your invitation,
Your kindness,
Your love.
Guide me in grace
And in peace.

Your testaments are wonderful;
I hunger for Your Word the more.
Injustice wounds; my flesh keeps score,
But You are here to make me whole.

Your custom is mercy.
Your law is love.
I weep for the damage
When frauds claim Your Name.
Make Your face
Shine upon me.

Tes préceptes sont admirables:
Aussi mon âme les observe.

Esther learned to read when she was four years old, and began writing shortly thereafter. She is a queer Christian poet, crafting with words to create art and music.
