Forbid my tongue from speaking lies
And hinder me from causing hurt.
Help me, God, to empathise.
Forbid my tongue from speaking lies
That I may not dare to despise
Someone I may view as weird.
Forbid my tongue from speaking lies
And hinder me from causing hurt.
