I can finally sit down and write this after a hectic weekend that saw me pass a significant age milestone. I am twenty-one. Honestly, I can already feel my bones creaking.

Party Summary

  • 10:30am: Band members arrived to set up sound system and drop gear off
  • 11am: Kegs arrived
  • 11:30am: Beer taps arrived
  • 12–1:30pm: Lunch followed by Xbox
  • 1:30–4pm: Moved some furniture around, cooked some meatballs
  • 4pm: First beer of the day with Dad
  • 5:30pm: Had a shower and ironed shirt
  • 6pm: Had a few more beers, a couple of shots
  • 7:30pm: Almost 150 people arrived
  • 8:35pm: Don’t remember
  • 9:30pm: Speeches (I don’t remember the content, I just know they occurred)
  • 10:11pm: Band came on
  • 10:37pm: Changed into my mankini
  • 10:53pm: Don’t remember
  • 11:13pm: Don’t remember
  • 11:44pm: Don’t remember
  • 12:30am: Don’t remember
  • 1:42am: Don’t remember
  • 2:12am: Salt and vinegar chips
