Misleading Reports Tout Sweden’s Disastrous Policies

Max Foster, on CNN, told viewers “Sweden now has one of the lowest death rates in Europe.” At best that is misleading. The death rate from Covid-19 isn’t just what is happening today but what has happened throughout the pandemic. And the reality is quite different from Mr. Foster’s rosy picture.

Newsweek did an even worse job of reporting and had to issue a “correction.”…
