3 Things You Can Do Right Now To Be Happy in This Moment

Being happy is a choice. It really is. On any given day you can make the choice to be happy. These are the three things I do on any given day to boost my mood and create happiness.

  1. Smile. It’s that simple wherever you are smile. When you take the time to smile, your brain will release neuropeptides that help your body to fight off the effects of stress.
