During the past couple of weeks, S.G.A has been setting their goals. There main goal is to enforce the Raa Middle School culture and spirt.

S.G.A brought back “Teacher of the Week”, where during meetings, S.G.A. has been selecting a teacher who students think deserve to be teacher of the week. Then, throughout the week, during the morning announcements, S.G.A. releases clues about the Teacher of the Week. Our first teacher of the Week, a sixth and seventh grade science teacher, Mrs. Bobroskie, had two clues-`This teacher teaches science` and `This teacher teaches two grades’. She was very surprised when she found out.

Another thing S.G.A. is doing to enforce Raa culture and spirt is Spirt Week. During Spirt Week (October 26th through October 30th), students will be able to dress up on specific days.

Monday, October 26th, is Patriot Day. Students will be able to dress up in red, white and blue colors.

On Tuesday, October 27th, is Favorite Team Day. Students are encouraged to were their favorite team`s colors, jersey, etc.

On Wednesday, October 28th, is Wacky Tacky Day. Students are encouraged to dress up in the WACKIEST clothes they can find.

On Thursday, October 29th, is Raa Colors Day. Students who want to participate should wear any Raa shirt they have or navy or gold.

On Friday, October 30th, is Dress to Impress Day. Students wiling to dress to impress should wear their best clothes.
