Two new members will be joining the STHS leadership team. Mary Snowden, who has 14 years of experience as a high school educator and 4 years as an academic advisor at a state university, will serve as the Advanced Academics Advisor. She will also direct the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at STHS. This will be her first year at the school.

Additionally, Dr. Corona will join STHS as the new assistant principal, taking over the role previously held by Mr. Sosa. Dr. Corona brings extensive experience in education to STHS.

Mr. Sosa, who joined STHS last year as assistant principal, will take over as the campus principal, replacing Mrs. Scott. This will be Mr. Sosa’s 19th year in education and 5th year in administration.

Finally, Mr. Rose will return to STHS as the lead counselor, and Emily Work, who has 38 years of experience in education including 9 years at Wayside Schools, will be back as the assistant campus operations manager.

These administrative changes took place over the summer, and the new leadership team started work on August 8th as STHS began the 2022–2023 school year. The STHS community looks forward to the experience and leadership these administrators will bring to the school.
