Strangers With Memories

Your broken piece has fallen away from me,
You left me cold and now I’m missing my centerpiece.
You really had me, is this where you want to be?
You made me look so clean.

In a crowd with a variety of those who helped you haunt my dreams,
You used to compliment my beauty schemes
Until you became my reason of wanting peace.
I’m asking your green figure to finally leave,
Because you’re all that I see,

All that I grieve,
I’m one that you’d lead,
You could’ve been all I need,
And now we’re filled with greed.

You needed to be free,
Then we became strangers with memories.
