How to Repay Your REACH Loan

A step-by-step guide to simple loan repayments on REACH

If you’re reading this, thank you for repaying your REACH loan. We hope that the financial obligation for which you took it, is sorted.

Note: There is only one way to repay your REACH Loan (also known as the Sub30 loan) and that is to repay by card, from within the REACH app. Please avoid paying via bank transfer to avoid your payment getting lost in the system.

Let’s get started…

1. Open the REACH app on your mobile phone;

2. On the dashboard, scroll to and tap the Sub 30 Loans card;

3. Tap Active Loans;

4. Review your loan repayment breakdown, tap Make Payment and complete your payment;

5. Your Sub30 Loan repayment is now complete.
