Study says green tea balances the metabolism, heals the gut

Tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world (water is first) and has been hailed as an elixir of good health for centuries.

Green tea, in particular, has been shown to help promote wellness — studies in humans have shown that it burns fat, is good for the heart, and even makes skin more radiant.
