Stick to meats such as beef, pork, and chicken — chuck out the salad, whole grains, and coffee.

The carnivore diet is an all-meat diet that excludes all plant-based foods, focusing exclusively on animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, and sometimes dairy. Proponents argue it offers health benefits by eliminating plant toxins.

Additionally, carnivore could help you fit into those jeans at the back of the closet. Pro-carnivore diet may promote weight loss due to its high protein content, which can increase satiety and reduce overall calorie intake, and the elimination of high-carb plant foods, leading to a state of ketosis that burns fat for energy.

One vocal advocate is doctor-turned-YouTuber, Anthony Chaffee, an American medical doctor and Neurosurgical resident who, over a span of 20+ years, has researched the optimal nutrition for human performance and health.

Chaffee argues that the majority of chronic illnesses that medical professionals manage are linked to our dietary choices and deficiencies, suggesting that these conditions can be alleviated by adopting a diet tailored to our species’ specific nutritional needs.

Why carnivore?
