The latest Marvel film, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, is upon us which means superhero nerds (like myself) are pretty excited right now.

But of course, this being the Age of Rage and all, Woke Folk have to come along and politicize something that should really be nothing more than lighthearted entertainment.

The target of their umbrage is rapper, comedian, and actress Awkwafina, who also stars in the upcoming MCU film. In fact, some of these fuckwit SJWs are so up in arms about her that they’re even planning a boycott of the film, which also happens to be Marvel’s first all-Asian film (I guess their virtuous anger is so great that it crowded their diversity addiction right out of their porcelain brains).

I think boycotting a film because one of its supporting actors offended you is petty, but considering that lynching someone’s career over of a silly thing they said eight years ago or whatever is in vogue right now, I’ll allow it. If footage of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings making an off-color joke in the early 90s had resurfaced, it’d be in some real fuckin’ trouble.
