SPOILER ALERT. If you haven’t watched Episode 4 and 5 (Season 4) of Better Call Saul yet. Advance with caution.

Call him Saul Goodman, Slippin’ Jimmy, Or Jimmy McGill, the character from Breaking Bad.. has had many names.

He is a con man, a lawyer, a criminal and a fantastic salesman.

Even though he embodies the sleazy unethical salesperson cliché.

There are some moments where his brilliant sales skills will make your jaw drop.

I found in these episodes (4 & 5, Season 4) of Better Call Saul, a concentration of sales brilliance I needed to share with you.

The setting:

Jimmy McGill (Saul Goodman’s name at the time) is hired in a local phone store. Think flip phones and prepaid cards (we are in the early ages of telecommunication). He is the store manager and only employee on the premises. He comes in the first day and realises that no customers are showing up. No one that day. No one the next day. He is bored to death.
