#ProTops: Higbee, Williams Going To Super Bowl With LA Rams

Former Hilltoppers Tyler Higbee and Darrell Williams, Jr. are going to Super Bowl LIII with the Los Angeles Rams after the Rams defeated the New Orleans Saints in overtime, 26–23.

Higbee was crucial in the final drive of the game, helping Rams’ QB Jared Goff out of trouble twice on checkdown passes after blown protection on play action passes. In those situations, he picked up a first down and picked up a key five or so yards near midfield.

In total, Higbee totaled four catches for 25 yards and a touchdown.

Higbee and Williams, who is on the Rams’ practice squad, await the winner of the Patriots/Chiefs to find out who they’ll face off against in Atlanta in two weeks.
