Despite dropping a heart breaker on Saturday to Louisiana Tech, the Hilltoppers landed their newest recruit, Russell Brown, on Sunday.

This commitment marks Western Kentucky’s 19th for the 2018 class and puts the Tops recruiting class at 67th in the nation, according to 247Sports.

Brown is a 6'3 180 pound Wide Receiver out of Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Brown chose the Hilltoppers over nine other schools: Oregon, Tennessee, Maryland, South Carolina, Central Michigan, South Florida, Appalachian State, Florida Atlantic, and Georgia State.

What do you think of Brown’s recruitment? What do you think of the class overall as it continues to grow? Let us know in a comment below, on Twitter at @TheTowelRackWKU or on our Facebook page.
