Welcome to The Reinheitsgebot, your destination for craft beer and brewing news, recipes, and resources. The name of the publication is taken after the German beer purity law of 1516 that mandated beer could be made of only barley, hops, and water. Beer has greatly evolved since the early 16th century, and we’re still learning more every day about this beloved beverage.

My goal with this publication is to delve into the many aspects of beer and brewing. As a homebrewer and craft beer lover, I want you to know, learn about, and appreciate good beer as much as I do.
