EVERYONE! We are halfway through the college football season so at this point we’re looking for upsets or crazy plays and record-breakers to keep us sane. We must have been good this week because the CFP Gods were on our side. Take a good look at the AP Poll for week 9, because I’m thinking we could have another shake-up. (Here’s a refresher on where the AP Poll kicked off before Week 1. Yup.)

But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s take a look at the emotions from this last weekend.

How Patrick Mahomes II must feel after passing for 734 yards and his team still lost… (Oklahoma 66, Texas Tech 59):

Alright Washington, y’all have 5 more games. The Pac-12 needs a CFP bid (Washington 41, Oregon State 17):

When BYU fakes a punt from their end zone and it FAILS, MISERABLY:

Chrissy, help me out. How many points did Ohio State lose by? (Penn State 24, Ohio State 21):

*Texas also lost by 3 to Kansas State but I don’t know if my mom wants me to highlight it*

COLORADO IS BOWL ELIGIBLE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2007 (Colorado 10, Stanford 5):

“Natalie, how was the game? How many points did Auburn put up against your Razorbacks?” (Auburn 56, Arkansas 3):

Texas A&M, did y’all even try? Y’all were our only hope to roll the tide (Alabama 33, Texas A&M 14):

Realizing Cal set an FBS record of 118 offensive plays against Oregon during #Pac12AfterDark (Cal 52, Oregon 49 [2OT]):

Another upset!! Man, I love this week. Thank you, SMU! (SMU 38, Houston 16):

Wisconsin only won by 8? (Wisconsin 17, Iowa 9):

Let’s check in with Ole Miss fans, shall we? (LSU 38, Ole Miss 21):

I don’t think I’ve told you this enough, College Football, but I really, really love you ❤

Who’s ready for Week 9!? Let’s see if the top 4 have another shake-up. Here are a few games Saturday y’all should look out for:

  • 9:00 a.m. PT; Michigan @ Michigan State
  • 12:30 p.m. PT; Washington @ Utah
  • 12:3o p.m. PT; Florida @ Georgia
  • 4:00 p.m. PT; Nebraska @ Wisconsin
