The next morning, Ger Ger was woken up by two alarm clocks that she set. This time, it was imperative that she sprung out of bed for breakfast, because unlike the one served at hotels which allowed her three or four-hour span to eat, the one served on the cruise ship had an allotted time for her — it began exactly at 8am.

While she was eating, a group of middle-age Hong Kongers sat at the next table talking about sunrise. She turned toward the glass wall. The sun was hiding behind the clouds.

Soon after breakfast, Gabriella the Ship docked at the Swedish port.

After saying goodbye to Ga Ga, Ger Ger went to the train station, to drop off her belongings at the hotel next to the station. Behind the hotel is a church.

After leaving her luggage at the hotel, she began exploring the city.

She found some postcards in a souvenir shop whose shopkeeper told her that she could buy stamps around the corner. But around the corner turned out to many many many blocks away, at which point she entered another souvenir shop whose shopkeeper told her that she could buy stamps from a bookstore two stores south. Also revealed to her was that the souvenir shop was “not allowed to sell stamps.” No post office exists in Sweden — a new concept for Ger Ger.

After buying the stamps, she looked for the mailbox. There are yellow and blue boxes. Which one?
