Profera recommends shopping with your hands, allowing one to really connect with the energy of the crystals.

“When you think about it scientifically, energy cannot be destroyed so I like to believe that all the energy in the world has to go somewhere. And being crystals on this earth for so long, I believe that they have absorbed so much energy,” she said.
