Greetings!

I have created a new publication called “The Rhode Island Times,” which will feature stories about politics and news. I am from Rhode Island, so that is where the name came from.

If you would like to write or become an editor for The Rhode Island Times please comment below or email me at: faiola.frank@gmail.com. Everyone is welcome as long as you can write coherently.

Rules for submission:

• Please follow the Medium rules for every story.
• Please spell-check and proofread. Minor mistakes are okay, but major mistakes will not be accepted.
• Please make sure to use copywrite-free images and cite them correctly.
• At the moment, there are only three sections in The Rhode Island Times: Politics, World, and Tech. Please tag one of the sections in your story.
• If you're writing an opinion piece, please use the word “opinion” in your kicker.
• Any claim that is not basic knowledge should have a source cited with a hyperlink.
• This is a left-leaning publication, I do not have to agree with what you are writing, but I will not accept hard-core right-wing stories, such as pro-Trump stories.
