My esteemed fellow music lover, Mark Starlin, inspired today’s mixtape. He responded to one of my music stories pointing out that it was difficult to pinpoint a post-grunge music scene. He tossed out pop and hip-hop. A fair assessment that got my head pondering the music of this century.
