Here we go.

Another year, another list.

I won’t go on a tangent like past year-end list.

I’ll only say this:

Take care of yourself.

This next decade will be challenging. I’m not saying this because of the U.S. election. It’s a global problem. I hope you find things that make you happy.

I have mine: Music.

Music has helped me through some dark times and will continue to do so. It will help me not get stuck in a black hole of despair. The albums listed here helped me during times of stress. They reminded me that music will always be there, no matter what happens in my life.

The albums listed are an eclectic mix of rock and pop. Typically, I list ten albums, but not many LPs this year excited me. I would have ten if I included the metal albums I listened to. But since I heard a lot of metal this year, I made a separate list.

I will list the albums when they were released; the number placement doesn’t mean I liked one more than the other. However, I will place my favorite album at the top. Since I don’t have an album of the year, I’ll list the albums chronologically.
