Only five people are said to speak Jingulu, the language spoken by Jingili Indigenous Australians who live in the Northern Territory.

Australia is full of indigenous languages, and in 2019 it was estimated that of the 120 languages still spoken by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, at least 90% were endangered.
