Walden’s on the Way
The indie-rock quad serve up tasty tour vibes for your drives as you wait…
You need to follow Walden’s tour and get to a show. They give a hell of a show. Let us start there. Even on a Tuesday night in Richmond, VA, the group gave a high-energy performance like they were rocking New York City for a packed Madison Square Garden. Over a few hours, they transitioned from jam-band (for crowd warm-up) to cover-band, to an independent rock powerhouse with sprinkles of musical nods. Literally, the entire crowd was smiling and moving to the music.
The sustained and reciprocated energy of a Walden show will bring them continued success on this tour and in their career. Their musical taste and execution chops on display during a show, however, will be what supports a fan base and reverberates long after they leave each area they gig. From a solid portfolio of original tracks spanning from 2015 to their 2021 single “The Moment,” the band also expertly covered Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good,” The Verve’s “Bittersweet Symphony,” Blackstreet’s “No Diggity,” Willie Nelson’s “On the Road Again,” and most notably Pink Floyd’s “Time” in Richmond.
Because of the diverse musical landscape, Walden traverses during their concerts, one cannot help but wonder who belongs to what “vibe.” Well, wonder no more! For the tour, the fellas created a series of playlists you can enjoy while you wait for them to come through your city.

As of this writing, the band will have completed 5 stops on their 50 state tour. They just penned an agreement with Narragansett Brewery for a limited run IPA, at the moment exclusive to their upcoming Massachusettes and Connecticut gigs.
