The therapist and doctor are right. It would be best if you lowered your stress.
High stress can cause unwanted diseases and decrease your lifespan. I can explain what happens, but it will cause more fatigue if you suffer from severe stress levels.
I’m learning this the hard way. If I don’t lower my stress and anxiety, I can develop dementia.
Where I live, my 80-year-old neighbor has dementia. It must be a challenge waking up and having your consciousness deteriorate daily. My hope for my neighbor is that he will have plenty of care near the end.
He needs enough comfort, as this album I explain examines the core of dementia. It’s an album so dense it made me rethink my life; I need to understand how I can improve my stress levels. There is no need to develop dementia at 40.
