The Problem with Myers-Briggs Personality Tests

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was the first personality test that I came across. I learned a lot through engaging with MBTI but among the things I learned was that this approach to assessing character has its limits. The Big 5 (OCEAN) Personality Model

Building on my article about Myers-Briggs, I have explored the use of another tool — The BIG 5 (or OCEAN) personality model. This is the system used by the likes of NASA to help select astronauts for specific missions. The psychology behind it is fascinating!
