Benefits of Omega 3–6–9 :

Omega 3–6–9s are a class of polyunsaturated fats that are essential to human health.

Omega 3s benefit the cardiovascular system, omega 6s provide food for the cells, and omega 9s help with hormone regulation.

While all of these fatty acids are helpful for our

health, not all of them should be consumed in excess.

Omega 9 is a good example — while it is important for hormone regulation, too much will lead to inflammation and may actually be harmful to your heart.

To stay healthy, a person needs a balance of

all three fatty acids — an even ratio of omega 3–6–9s.

Omega 3–6–9: Improve Brain & General Health:

Omega 3–6–9s are fatty acids that are found in fish oils, sunflower oils, pumpkin seeds, and other foods. The human body cannot produce these acids on its own so it is essential to include them in your diet.

A study has shown that Omega 3–6–9s can benefit your body’s immune system and reduce inflammation. Another study has shown that Omega 3–6–9s can help people live longer by reducing the risk of death from coronary heart disease.

It can also improve brain function by helping with ADHD symptoms or improving memory retention. It has been proven again and again that Omega 3–6–9s are vital for brain health and general health.

Main Sources Of Omega Fatty Acids:

The main sources of omega-3 fatty acids are fish, plants, and algae.

Fish is the most common source of omega-3 fatty acids, but plants and algae also provide omega-3s in smaller amounts.

  1. Fish oils (EPA/DHA) are omega-3 fats that are found in fish. Fish oil supplements are used to lower triglyceride levels in the blood, reduce the risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, treat depression symptoms, and keep skin moist.
  2. Plant Oils (ALA). And plant oils contain a type called alpha-linolenic acid. The omega-3s in the oil are called alpha-linolenic acid, or ALA. Flaxseeds are a type of plant which are known to have high levels of omega-3s.

Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are “essential,” meaning we cannot make them in our body.

They are essential for good health because they are important for many aspects of our health, including immune function, brain development, mood balance, and heart health.

Final Thoughts: Stay Healthy With Good Food:

Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are essential for maintaining a healthy heart, building strong bones, and regulating inflammation levels.

Some plant oils such as flaxseed oil, hemp seed oil, borage seed oil or black currant seed oil can be used to make polyunsaturated fats with these benefits.

Omega oils are essential fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be obtained through eating certain foods or supplements.

Omega 3–6–9s are fatty acids that are found in fish oils, sunflower oils, pumpkin seeds, and other foods.

Omega oils are known to improve the quality of our skin, hair, and nails. They can also help with lowering cholesterol levels in the blood.
