Life Is Calling: Are You Listening?

'Are you following a calling or are you being driven?

If you're following a calling, you're in charge.If you’re being driven, you’re not in the driver’s seat.You’re like a leaf being driven by the wind.

There will be tension.

There is no tension in following your calling. Wherever there is tension, it requires attention.'

Life is always calling you to the next step you need to take. The next step will bring more joy, love, growth, and magic into your life.

Life is always calling you to show how to live like a flying bird, a blossoming tree, carefree, fulfilled, in the present moment: Relaxed, aware, alert, present, and responding. Life is always there to nurture your responseability.

Life always calls you to wake you up to the magnificence of who you are. Life is always calling you to have a deeper simplicity.

But, are you prepared to listen?

Your system stays braced for a battle response — an old habit unchanged after eons of evolution. Part of your brain wants to stay prepared for danger.

We don’t live in jungles anymore, yet your brain wants to protect you and your loved ones from wild animals barging in.

It's easier to become burnt out and pass out than to practice deep nourishment and cultivate safety; only because it is such an old habit.

It's easier to create more suffering and petty battles because comfortable and familiar wins over new concepts, even if they are peaceful and healthy.

Your system is so addicted to being driven.
Taking any life-sustaining decision feels confusing and boring.

you might need to put in extra effort to rewire your brain To overcome the tendency to get upset over everyday tasks. You might keep seeking something captivating or unusual that will make to you learn to like the ordinary in your daily life.

As you long for deeper fulfillment, love, and joy, remember not to overlook the abundant richness that exists in the present moment.

The only thing you need to do is untangle the knots of deep, deep tension from your body, and create safety; with patience, gently.

Breathe deep to drop the urge to respond to something trying to drive you.

This is your life. You are in charge.

Take a deep breath. Make an intent.

Notice the chains around you at this moment. Keep breathing deep. Put a hand on your heart, another on your belly.

You are Unshackling. Breaking away from flight and freeze brain's slavery. You are waking up to the magic and miracles life is offering you.

At this moment, you are integrating your full-bodied intelligence. You are evolving fully. Gently. At nature's pace.

Put your hands around yourself.
Relax into the safety you are creating.
Whisper these words to yourself.

At this moment, I am a warrior of joy.
This moment. I am thriving.
This moment. I am in harmony with life.
This moment. I am taking care of my life and life is taking care of me.
This moment. Here. Now. I am free.
