The Rock Prepaid Card — Updated Information

The Rock Trading Ltd, in collaboration with an authorized reseller, allows our verified customers to get a The Rock Prepaid Card.

Info:

• To qualify: you must be a verified The Rock Trading customer ( sorry no US Citizens/residents).
• Number of cards: only one card per verified customer every 12 months.
• Maximum loadable amount: € 10000.
• Loading the card: on your e-wallet you’ll find loading option. We will debit your account with us.
• Charging time: between few minutes and up to 2 business days.

Costs:

• Card cost: from December 1st, 2015 it will be free (plus € 5 a shipping fee).
• Card load request: € 1 per load (only for cards issued after December 1st, 2015).
• ATM withdraws in Europe (Euro area): 2% — Minimum € 1.50 — Maximum € 3.50.
• ATM withdraws outside Euro area: 3% — Minimum € 1.50 — Maximum € 3.50.
• SMS functions: between € 0.15 and € 0.60.
• POS use: € 0.99.
• Card substitution: € 17 (plus shipping fees).
• Card Activation: € 2.
• Unused card: € 0.99 monthly.

Parameters:

• Maximum withdraw through ATM: € 10000 (subject to ATM’s rules).
• Maximum monthly withdraw: € 5000.
• Maximum POS usage: € 10000.
