India’s Largest Mall — DLF Mall of India launches in Noida

The mall culture in our country is relatively new and does not embrace all our cities yet. But still, the metro’s are experiencing crazy ideas being implemented in terms of ‘malls’.

One such idea would be The Mall of India which is spread over 2 million square feet and is craftfully divided into 5 zones which run through 7 floors. It currently boasts of housing 250 Brands which would increase to 330 within the next quarter.

Pushpa Bector, Exec VP & Head at Mall of India said, “This Mall stands for Happy Mallidays, the concept of which has been derived from the fast that a mall like this would offer the customers an experience of a happy, day long trip that they could take anytime, within the city.”

Besides shopping, the mall has a total of 73 F&B options to choose from besides a huge Food Court which can accommodate 1k people. These together make 40% of the mall’s space.

The mall had also redefined the concept of indoor Entertainment by housing concepts like Smaash, Ski India, Funcity and the 7 Star DT Cinema.

The 3rd floor of the mall is called the Family World and it caters to our taste buds! It boasts of brands like Pizza Express, Dunkin Donuts, Soda Bottle Opener Wala, Mama Goto, Big Chill, Pizza Hut, Pirates of Grill, Carl’s Junior and so many more.
