Rouge’s newest strategic advisor
Rouge is pleased to announce that as of August 15th, Edward “Ed” Cotler will join the team as a strategic advisor.
Ed is a corporate finance expert with a career that spans over two decades. Until recently, he was Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on new business development within the Investment Banking Division. He evaluated new business opportunities on behalf of GS for both traditional finance and blockchain-related businesses.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ed started new businesses and developed new products at Deutsche Bank as Vice President of Mortgage Derivatives Trading. Ed began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he traded both equity and fixed income products and assisted clients with innovative solutions to their financing needs.
I want to thank Ed for his trust in our vision and in our efforts. I am very proud of the momentum that is recently building around Rouge, humbled by the top experts who are joining us, and excited about the recent announced partnership with apNet.ch, which will soon bring real use cases of the Rouge protocol. Welcome aboard, Ed!
Yours,
Naira d’Arcollières
ABOUT THE ROUGE PROJECT
The Rouge Project is an open-source software project building a voucher protocol — the Rouge Network — as a suite of smart contracts using the Rouge token (RGE) on the Ethereum blockchain. This blockchain platform will foster decentralized applications (ÐApps) opening new possibilities for any kind of vouchers (discount coupons, tickets, ..). Trackable, verifiable, monitizeable, secure, frictionless and unique vouchers are the future of ecommerce and digital marketing.
