As someone who has experience using social media for both myself and as a freelancer, I get a behind-the-scenes look at these platforms and their audience. In a report by Demandsage.com, 31% of Reels users are 25–35, 16% are 35–45, making those two age groups the largest. TikTok tends to skew younger, and has some differences in terms of actual content creation.
