Tuesday means RBR. As part of our Marathon training, we’ve been adding some speed and strength focused session on a more regular basis.
This week, was one of those sessions; involving hills, stairs and sprints, all into our usual 5 miles distance.
Quads screamed all the way to the top of those stairs at Kelvingrove Park, but felt like I was flying during the sprint loops.
Loved it.
