Zotac India Support Experience — Part Three — 2nd Replacement Device

this is the 2nd device. I was too bored to take another photo.

Right then. Zotac Support has issued me my 2nd replacement device, which means, I am now on my 3rd overall Magnus One RTX 3060 mini PC, in about a year.

So, the 1st replacement device worked just fine for 10 days. Then, it just shut down. I did my usual troubleshooting. Eventually concluded the device has died.

Emailed support as usual. They asked me to submit device for repairs/replacement.

I went ahead and submitted the device. Just like last time, a few days later, I received an email, that another replacement device is now ready to collect.

And, that is where we are.

Of course, I have lost all faith in this device, which is why, I have already purchased another RTX 3060 PC for my work.
