Tale of Woe

My heart is weighed down and I can’t tell
For you, won’t comprehend and, I don’t know
How much misery
-in a heart-can-dwell-
Dare not look deep, there are tales of woe
Ahead of titles, engraved “Farewell”
Every smile sows seeds of throes
Jaded with wondering if it’s heaven or hell
So here’s my heart, darling- I bestow
Will you hold it tight or let it hail
After you have become another tale?
