In short, never get your capacity full at the beginning of the Sprint in your Sprint Planning event.
If you are not convinced,
- either you are at peace with extreme turbulence and lower predictability levels as characteristics of your system.
- or you enjoying a stable inflow with absolutely no surprises from your stakeholders after you start executing the work (which am afraid not the case in this current disruptive world).
