Is giving love another shot always the right thing to do?
What would you do if you were allowed to get back with your ex? Would you give that love another chance or run away from them as fast as possible? It’s always been clear that getting back with an ex is nothing for me. However, it may be time to look at this differently. I’ve never been in a relationship that was all bad, just as much as I haven’t been in one that was perfect.
Therefore, who deserves a second chance in a relationship?
What I am getting at is that there are relationships that end without any drama. Some people grow apart and split amicably. Others don’t want a long-distance relationship. And in my case, my first love called it quits because he felt like we were much too serious too quickly. He wanted to date other people and figure out who he was. And I am glad he left me because it allowed me to do the same. Should I return with him, given we’d both be single? Honestly, I don’t know. So, what could tip the scale? Or put differently, when is getting back together with an ex worth the risk?
