And I bet the dress was signed Donna Karan, because the woman is pure genius when it comes to fashion.

Karan has literally simplified fashion through her Seven Easy Pieces collection and not to mention, has created the famous DKNY line. Her designs represent New York City at its best — think yellow cabs and city lights.

But besides all that, Donna Karan has been a keen supporter of strong women and believed in equal opportunities for everyone.

She took the liberty to create something for the women who do it all — the job, the family, the leisure time, the classy events — and she managed to create fashion staples that no one will ever forget.
