The serial-cycling diet: day 1
So this happened recently between Saifedean Ammous and myself on Twitter:
So I’m going vegan-only for 30 days, and then meat-only for 30 days. For the first 30 days, that means no dairy products, eggs, seafood, etc. I’m also going to keep it Paleo, under an 8-hour time-restricted feeding, as much as possible.
I took a blood test today. Expect results in next day or two.
Lunch: Some falafel salad. Must skip dressing next time.
Weightlifting: 3x5 94lbs shoulder presses. Kinda spoiled it by eating some “raw” cashews beforehand.
Dinner: A big-ass serving of purple cabbage, green heirloom tomato, an organic avocado, and spices. A few more raw cashews, and a couple glasses of mead.
