The serial-cycling diet: day 17

Lunch: forgot to take picture from all the chronic stress. Same thing as lunch from day 8.

Between lunch and dinner: watermelon and raw cashews.

Weightlifting: 1 x 5 x 270lbs deadlift.

Dinner: More watermelon. Cooked some spinach, Swiss orchard, purple cabbage, spring onion, tomatoes, shiitake mushroom, and green chillies in coconut oil, olive oil, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and Madras curry powder. Mixed with a fair bit of white rice.

COOK. ALL. THE. VEGETABLES!

Commentary: Unnecessary chronic stress at work. Had a catch in my right calf when I went to sleep later.
