Lunch: raw cashews. Some damned raw vegetables and bread (free of charge, at least).

WTF is this supposed to be? Food for bulimics?

Dinner: Vegetable dumplings, and garden vegetable crispy noodles at work, while finishing another chapter of my thesis. Watermelon at home.
