The serial-cycling diet: day 23

Lunch: raw salad. No peace of mind for anything else.

Seasoned with lots of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Dinner: Took some time off to enjoy crispy noodles with garden vegetables.

Steaming hot.

Supper: Relaxed a bit at the end of day with a Manhattan, and some Pakistani vegetarian food.

Mutter pulao, eggplant and potatoes, spinach and potatoes.

Commentary: haven’t had peace of mind to lift weights and de-stress. Hopefully, will happen later today.
