The serial-cycling diet: day 25
Lunch: Hungry from all that weightlifting yesterday, so two rounds of food. First, rice with vegetables, mashed potato, beans and carrots and something. (Partly eaten during a meeting.) Second, a Korean-Mexican blend of white rice, tofu, umami shrooms, kimchi.
Dinner: mixed fruits (kiwi, strawberries, mostly mango). Cooked some mixed vegetables (pepper strips, jalapeño peppers, bean sprouts, tomatoes, etc) with green chillies, chili powder, turmeric, salt, pepper, coconut and olive oil. Avinash Chan had some too, and lived to tell the tale. Also, some kombucha.
Commentary: slept very late (it’s after 4am now). Too much coffee and work.
