The serial-cycling diet: day 35

Breakfast: Eggs (with some cheese).

Lunch: Chicken cutlets (no bread).

Between lunch and dinner: more chicken cutlets.

Dinner: a few more chicken cutlets. A big fat steak. Two glasses of “organic, mathematically-developed” red wine given to me by my Greek friend. (He eats math for breakfast, which is late in the day.)

Commentary: I don’t know why, but I feel lethargic. Maybe not enough coffee, sleep, food, workout, the effects of veganism finally caught up, missing carbs, etc. I’m slightly irritated that I can’t eat what I like. I feel the Paleo diet is much more natural than either herbivore or carnivore extreme.
