The serial-cycling diet: day 43

Brunch: some very spicy goat my mother made.

A pleasure of being Indian.

Dinner: after being stuck in the NYC subway in all the heat, I craved for some fat. I headed to a Chinese restaurant that prepared some really fatty roast duck. Ate as much as I could without feeling sick (due to the excess salt content, and poor cooking). Finished with some goat kurma my mother made.

Duck & goat. Variety crucial even in all-meat diet.

Commentary: a little meat goes a long way, so that’s nice.
