Lunch: double cheeseburger patty.

Dinner: Home-cooked lamb chops & mutton soup. Some whiskey.


Supper: Turkey bacon.

Commentary: had some carbs. Just joking, it was my brother teasing my mother and myself for doing our zero-carb / low-carb experiments.
