The serial-cycling diet: day 47

Supper: I was working late into the night, and felt like having eggs & chorizo.

Breakfast: same thing.

Weightlifting: was not feeling up to it psychologically. The plan was to deadlift, but I just did not feel like it, especially considering soreness from squatting two days ago. I hate to say it, but I was depressed and tired, probably in that order. So I went for a walk with Gene Callahan instead, where he told me about Caesar.
Dinner: followed good tip from Saifedean Ammous about cheap burger patties from McD. Had eight patties while waiting for friends.

Supper: some fast-food crap (chicken, later some seafood) with friends. Felt a lot better.
